Job Purpose:

Providing administrative support in managing the daily operations of the head office, ensuring proper organization of the office, its procurement and equipment, and contributing to logistical support for emergency campaigns, in a manner that ensures operational efficiency and smooth workflow.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1- Organize, arrange, and maintain the main office to ensure a clean, well-structured, and suitable working environment.

2- Manage office procurement and operational supplies by:

  • Identifying office and operational needs
  • Coordinating with suppliers and service providers
  • Following up on orders, delivery, and receipt of item

3- Oversee office energy sources and technical equipment (electricity, generators, batteries, internet, and office devices) and ensure their continuous readiness and proper functionality.

4- Use and manage the organization’s vehicle for the following purposes:

  • Office- and campaign-related procurement
  • Transportation of equipment and supplies
  • Logistical support related to office operations

5-Provide logistical support to emergency campaigns by:

  • Preparing and organizing required materials
  • Supporting internal coordination with relevant departments
  • Assisting with transportation, storage, and distribution activities

6- Maintain, organize, and update relevant administrative and logistical records in an accurate and systematic manner.

7- Carry out any other administrative or logistical tasks assigned by management within the scope of the position.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

  • Minimum high school diploma (a diploma or university degree in administration or a related field is an asset).
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative or logistical work (experience with NGOs is preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, especially during emergency campaigns.
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Valid driving license and ability to drive (essential).
  • Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.
  • High level of commitment, discipline, and flexibility.
